Just had to share this with you.  It's a poem by shel silverstein that I copied and a silhouette I cut out.  It took me hours and my eyes were crossed when I finished.  It was really a challenge cutting out the little fingers and whiskers but it was still great fun!  Enjoy!                  Diane

  1. It's beautiful, Diane - like something from an old illustrated Hans Christian Andersen that I have from childhood.

  5. Meowllo Diane! It's me - yep, prowling the alleyways again and catching up on all that I've missed.... I am AMAZED at these silhouettes you cut out! Now you do know how much it takes to amaze me - being a cat of particular tastes and discriminating talents. But I am seriously impressed. You never cease to amaze and inspire "her" and myself with your beautiful creations! Now if I should ever need a new whisker, I know who to get in touch with because I know you would make for me a most handsome whisker!!!

I hope all is well. I see you haven't posted since May 17th, so of course I am a bit concerned as you are always much more timely in your posts than myself (bad kitty I know). So please know that I am looking forward to your next post fur sure!

    Purrs from your humble admirer,

    Romeo
