This page which I completed yesterday is upbeat and happy. Seems like a good one to finish out January with the turquoise colored background and birds and music and French flower lady.  I couldn't resist adding a little angel photographer to the mix. 

Heartfelt

Will we ever forget Valentine's Day at school.  The teacher bringing out a beautifully decorated red and white hat box with a slit in the top where you slipped in your Valentines?  Heart shaped cookies with red sprinkles for the party?  I still look forward to Valentine's Day with the same anticipation as that little girl way back when.  Here are a few tags I've created.   I used doilies, graphics from Graphics Fairy, cutouts from catalogs and magazines and stick on hearts.  My favorite is the one with the little guy with the gold hat.

Some of my pages are done in watercolor, which I don't think
I've shown yet.  This one is on a Tim Holtz Ranger page because I just
love those papers.  The images come from different places, Graphics Fairy and the
little shoes (aren't they adorable?) are from Joanna at Moss Hill Studio.    If you haven't read
her blog you might be interested. 
This was a fun page to do in the pale colors and I love the heart
that she's holding and the motto -
Believe in Magic, Dream in Color, Live in Wonder

Home Page

This is a journal page I finished today.  I love the polar bear stamp, it came on a postcard yesterday and I couldn't wait to use it.  It's a pretty simple page but it was fun.

Just Like Frosting

This tag was created out of little snippets of old lace, a vintage pearl button and a bits of paper and ribbon.  It's just yummy to me, in fact I like it so much that I can't give it away!       Diane

A New Year......A New Journal

Off to a great start.  I made the cover for three new journals.  This one is for the art journal.  Then I covered my writing journal, which is a black and white speckled school composition book, with interesting papers and another composition book, which I have other purposes for too.  So........... all I have to have is life to happen to me and I'll be filling them to the brim.
