This was interesting.  The background is red.  But when I drew white lines on it to look like plaid or checks, it really made it look pink.  I listed it on Etsy along with a few other Valentine tags.  My art room is in a mess, I did some rearranging.  It won't take me long to get it back together, it's good to shake it up once in a while, it gives me an entirely different outlook.  I think Rascal enjoys it too.  He found a comfortable spot out of the way and watched to see what I was going to do next.

Another Secret Valentine

Although Valentine's Day is almost a month away, it isn't too early to get them made while I have time. 
I was just thinking when I was making this one, after boys became crushes it seems like Valentine's Day was always disappointing.  I never seemed to get a wonderful Valentine from the one I wanted.  Now that school days are a foggy memory, and all of those boys, too, Valentine's Day is beautiful, and fun, and romantic just because it is.       Diane

Early Valentine

Can you keep a secret?  I just finished this for the Valentine Swap that Laurie at Buttons and Lace is having in honor of Deena of Can I Be Pretty In Pink.                 Diane
